Elevator Pitch

Hi,
I am Retish Deshmukh currently studying Human Resource Management at St. Lawrence
college. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to make the conceptual practical and aspiring
for entry-level role in Human Resource Management after my graduation. Based on my
education in HR, adept at reviewing resumes and screening applicants over the phone and being
a tech savvy, proficient at Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Taking the former version of myself, that
would be Post-Graduation, Id like to join as a recruiter. I think it would be an amazing place to
work and help myself gain valuable experience in Recruiting. My ultimate aim is to help
organization develop more ethical and inclusive workplace culture.
