Warm tomato, tuna and rocket spaghetti

Ingredients
375g dried spaghetti pasta
2 garlic cloves, peeled
425g can Sirena tuna in oil
1/2 cup stuffed green olives, halved
500g cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons finely grated lemon rind
2 tablespoons lemon juice
60g baby rocket
crusty bread, to serve
Method
Step 1
Cook pasta and garlic in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, following pa
cket directions,
until tender. Drain. Discard garlic cloves.
Step 2
Reduce heat to low. Add undrained tuna to pan. Using a fork, flake tuna. Add pas
ta, olives,
tomato, onion, lemon rind, lemon juice and rocket. Season with pepper. Toss to c
ombine. Serve with bread.
