Administration will involve a number of tasks:

a) Preparation of welcome kits, badges & participant registration details


(before convention)
b) Packing of administrative items from office to venue and vice versa
(before and after convention)
c) Setting and managing of the secretariat and registration areas (before
convention)
d) Information Counter to direct attendees and answer questions (during
convention)
e) Registration of participants, collection of monies, distribution of welcome
kits, prop kit bags (during convention)
f) On-site Registration of new participants and sale of food coupons (during
convention)
g) Coordinating shoes and participants belongings in a neat and safe manner
(during convention)
h) Verifying of ID badge & ushering of participants at the respective
entrances into hall (during convention)

Food & Beverage


a) To ensure the logistic of food arrangement are running smoothly
b) To ensure food is served as per the set menu agreed
c) To ensure that the food areas are clean at all times
d) To ensure the free flow of water at the allocated areas for participants and
volunteers alike

Accommodation
a) To liaise and receive updates from the hotels on participants registered at
their premise

b) To work with logistics on the coordination of shuttle services to and from


venue

Logistic
a) To assist with transportation and delivery of convention items before, during
and after the event
b) To assemble prop kits in the designated area

Write Ups
To prepare letters, promotional releases as required for the operations of the
Convention
Program
a) To assist in coordinating the program flow during the convention, including all
sessions and closing ceremony
b) To ensure that the orderliness of the hall after each session
c) To monitor the quality of sound and presentation systems
d) To monitor the well placement of shoes and personal items of participants

Prop Sales
a) To prepare price tags and materials required to set up booth
b) To assist in loading and unloading items, setting up the booth, man the sales
counter during the event
