GENTLE REMINDERS & GENERAL INFORMATION
1. COLLECTION OF CONVENTION ITEMS
For those who have registered for the 5 days/3 days session, and will be arriving late on the 3rd May/5th May, it is
advisable to appoint a friend to represent and collect these items on your behalf. This will allow you to be well rested
and to come in fresh on the 4th May/6th May morning.
We have a prop storage room at the venue. Your prop bags can be stored in this room for safety and easy
accessibility. Please do not leave any valuable items in this room. The Organisers will not be responsible for any loss
of personal belongings. (Valuable items include money, gadgets, jewellery, room keys, etc)
3. VALUABLE ITEMS
During sessions, you may keep all valuable items and minimal personal belongings by the side of your mat. Please
do not leave any belongings unattended. Once you leave the hall, please ensure that you take all your belongings.
4. MEAL COUPONS
Please bring along your meal coupon when you go for lunch/light refreshments. The meal coupons (designated for
each meal/day) will be collected by the caterers upon serving your meal. So, it is most important that meal coupons
be kept safely.
So, if you have not given us your accommodation details, please do so immediately.
Please display the Convention Logo (attached) on your vehicle dashboard. This will entitle you to park at the
University car park.
