1. DELEGATE REGISTRATION
The Registration Counters are located on Level 3, West Wing in front of Ballroom 1, Kuala Lumpur
Convention Centre, Malaysia. Operation hours are as follows:

Participants registered for the ESTCON 2014 Congress are entitled entry to the following:

Conference : 9.00am 6.00pm
Gala Dinner : 8.00pm 10.30pm
Grand Ballroom, Level 3, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre
Smart Casual / Batik
Day 2 Wednesday (4 June 2014)
Choice of 9 Conferences : 8.00am 6.00pm
(Registration for each of the 9 conferences is required)
Day 3 Thursday (5 June 2014)
Choice of 9 Conferences : 8.00am 4.30pm
(Registration for each of the 9 conferences is required)
Closing Ceremony : 4.30pm 5.30pm

2. GROUP BOOKINGS
Group Registration tickets are inter-changeable within your organisation. This allows your
organisation to send different representatives on different days. Each ticket allows one entry at
any one time and one delegate bag and materials per ticket. To avoid congestion and delay, group
registrations will take place on the eve of event: Monday, 2 June 2014, 3.00pm 6.00pm. This is to
ensure a smooth registration experience for all.

4. ACCOMMODATION
The Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, Impiana KLCC, Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Mandarin Oriental
Kuala Lumpur and Corus Hotel are some of the many hotels located around Kuala Lumpur
Convention Centre. To avoid any last minute difficulties due to non-availability of hotel rooms,
please book your hotel room at the earliest convenience.

5. VISA
If you require to apply for VISA in order to enter Malaysia, please visit the official website of
Immigration Department of Malaysia for more information on VISA application.

6. PAYMENT POLICY
In line with Urban Forum (Malaysia) Sdn Bhds payment policy, registration fee must be received
prior to the participation. In the event that the participant arrives and we have not received
payment, we will request CASH payment or a letter of undertaking with credit card details at point
of registration, failing which entry is denial.

7. PRIVACY POLICY
The Organiser will not disclose your personal information to any third party unless you have
consented to such disclosure or where we are required to do so by law. The information may be
used to contact you from time to time to promote or announce new products and services offered
by the Organiser.
