This letter serves as a reference for Ms. Brooke Brennan. In my role as assistant principal at Percy
Julian Middle School, I have worked closely with Ms. Brennan for the past two years. Ms. Brennan is
an excellent educator and natural leader. She would be an incredible asset for any organization.
At Julian, Ms. Brennan collaborates extensively with teachers, staff, administrators, and students to
develop technology programs and projects that benefit educators and students across the school
community. She proactively reaches out to teachers and administrators with new technology ideas,
and she makes it easy for them to contact her with ideas they would like to pursue with her support
and assistance.
Ms. Brennan is an integral part of the Julian school community. As a member of the School
Improvement Team, RtI team, and iLead (technology) team, she plays a pivotal role in improving
Julian's culture and climate, academic programs, and technology initiatives. From data dive
spreadsheets, to student tardy reports, to behavior data, and much more, the information Ms.
Brennan collects and reports has a significant, positive impact on teachers and students.
Ms. Brennans positive, can-do, problem-solving attitude is infectious and motivates fellow educators
to tackle challenges and find innovative solutions in all areas of school life. She is always willing to
do the research and legwork required to put their collaborative ideas and plans into action.
