BUSHMEAT
Finding Hope for Wildlife Animals
Background
Bushmeat is the meat
from African wildlife it's
also how the disease
ebola all came about.
The animal that are
mainly part of the
bushmeat and have the
diseases in their
systems are Apes. If you
don't clean or make
sure the animals are
good to sale or trade it
to other people or
countries a lot of
people will be sick and
have ebola.

What impacts the environment?
%
The impacts of bushmeat environment in wildlife animals,
the changes or improvements. This website shows the impacts to
the government in animals from bushmeat, if the apes keep being
killed, the apes will be gone in 50 years and to prevent this is
reduce wildlife hunting (Human Society International Australia,
2016) Do you think the world would be dierent without apes?
The wildlife habitats are endanger and need help from the other
people hunting and selling them to other families in Central
Africa. We also need to help the apes species to because their an
important animals to the wildlife population. Another source is
make a law to control the people and make it illegal to hunt
wildlife animals in certain places or a amount of bushmeat being
hunted (International Aairs U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, 2015)
In addition, this will limit the amount of bushmeat and hunting
of wildlife animals. In certain places in Central Africa there will
not be hunting wildlife animals. These evidence all tells how
bushmeat is serious and life changing to human and wildlife lives.%

What are the currents solutions?
The current solutions of bushmeat will tell what are the
solutions people making or made.
Studies show that having law enforcement, public awareness,
addressing bushmeat crisis, anti-poaching to educate children about the importance of the disease of
bushmeat (BCTF, 1999) How would you feel if there was law enforcement in hunting bushmeat? In
general, if they have a law for hunting wildlife animals it will be under control. If letting the people in
Central Africa know what's happening to people and how it's happening, will it decrease the amount of
bushmeat. Another study says West Africa countries have closed borders, having secured places and
double checking the meat (PBS News, 2014). In result, less people will get ill plus having places locked
down so it won't spread is a good idea. Even if the people do want to eat the meat they will double check
it. What would you do if your country was locked down? These secures are showing their really make
eort to make it safe place in West Africa so people can come and go without any problems.

The bushmeat crisis in Central Africa is overwhelming to people and threatens wildlife animals.
This disease cause ebola and HIV/aids in to human bodies. Animals could cause extinction to some
animals probably most of all apes, that are being hunted. Illegal hunting and trade in bushmeat have
resulted in greatly depleted wildlife. The solutions will have a big impact on the lives of wildlife animals
and not as many habitat loss either.%
