    Able to effectively communicate


    the Gospel with students
    Able and willing to build strong
    relationships with students in
    order to foster spiritual growth in
    their lives
    Able to open about your own
    personal walk with Christ
    Able to be part of a dynamic
    team dedicated to bridging the
    gap between students and Jesus
    Able to Dedicate 5-10 hours a
    week to mentoring students at
    ERCC and in other settings
    Able to lead games, worship, or
    behind the scenes activities
