Since this is the introductory class of a new unit, therefore little prior
knowledge is expected. However, basic readability of numbers and unit is
important.
Resources needed
YouTube video on ratio, lego blocks, Haese and Harris mathematics for year
7 textbook.

2. Introduce topic by asking students where they have seen or heard of the 3.
