Essay
The muscles that were the most powerful for me were the quadriceps. The least powerful
muscles were the biceps. I think some muscle groups were more powerful than the others
because they are stronger. The more you work at those muscle groups, the stronger they will get,
which means they will be able to produce more work therefore becoming more powerful. Also,
there are larger muscles in your legs than your arms so that could mean more power as well. I
plan to use what I have learned to improve my fitness/performance goals by focusing on the
muscles that are the weakest. I will train for cheerleading by strengthening more of my arm
muscles since I have to lift people as a cheerleader. I will work on making the muscles/muscle
groups that are less powerful, be just as powerful as the other muscles/muscle groups.
