Band name: Downhill slope

Band Members: Cate, Lindsey, Carolyn, Leah

first things first simplify
by graphing both values of x and y
then find its domain and range
input and output is also its name
see if its discrete
its so easy you won't have to cheat
if its continuous draw a line
so the points will combine
f(x)=mx+b
then input a point and see
the y-intercept is b
m is the slope
And thats really dope
to graph you go over then up
And youll get a lineup
When doing absolute value what you need
is a graph shaped like V
its easier than it may seem
youre able to graph it just by table
and dont forget on your graph the labels
moving your v left or right
by adding or subtracting as much as you like
also multiply numbers by your variable
to make your v wider or skinnier
just make sure the graph is still linear
A sequence is like a pattern
A(n) really matters
Write an equation, substitute, then simplify
Everything above always applies
Graphing the data in charts
Is always a good start
