    powerfultothestory.Thelossofhismotherishorriblebecausesheraisedhimhis
    wholelifeandnowsheisgone.ImmediatelytheNazistookhismotherandsister,
    becausetheywerewomen.ThisledtothesorrowofElieandhisfatherwhogotto
    live.WhenEliesfatherdieshesays,Ididnotweep,anditpainedmethatIcould
    notweep.ButIwasoutoftears(112).Eliehasalreadylostsomuchthathe
    beginstofeelactualpaininsteadoftearshiswholebodyaches.Thedeathofhis
    mother,father,andsisterpushedhissorrowsofarthathecouldnotexpressit
