Pricing Calculator for Wedding Photographers Packages

Before using the calculator, read through these instructions on how to best use it to help
calculate your total profit for the year.
Section A: Fixed Costs
Start here! Enter in all of the costs that you have to pay throughout the year, no matter
what. If you are unsure of what some of these fixed costs are, we recommend using
Google to help you out. :)
Section B-D: Packages
In each of these sections, enter in how much you charge for each of your packages and
the anticipated number of each you will book during the year. If you have more than 3
packages, all you need to do is duplicate one of the sections. Since this spreadsheet
auto calculates your totals, be sure to adjust them to include any new sections you
create.
Section E: Income
We will do all of the work for you in this section. This is the fun part, because you get to
see the total profit your business will make for the year. :)
Bonus: Once you enter in your fixed costs and package pricing, use the calculator to
adjust values to help you achieve the desired profit you want for your business!
