Experienced in Tax, Excise & Customs issues relating to procurement

Directing the development and implementing of key purchase / procurement strategies,

contingency plans and ensuring that plans are aligned with project requirements.

APQP, costing, sourcing & techno-commercial negotiations RFI / RFQ & tendering

Formulating budgets for timely procurement of various critical components and ensuring
uninterrupted supply of components to end users.

Coordinating with all stake holders for, material planning & procurement, technocommercial indexing & ensuring uninterrupted supply at optimum costs.

Handling sourcing through identification of cost effective vendors to reduce cost while
improving quality & reliability in terms of delivery / services

Ability to engage and resolve potential conflicts and grievances of all stake holders

Assessing the performance of the vendors based on various criterions such as quality
systems, rejections, quality improvement rate, timely delivery, etc.
