outcomes.
29. Apply knowledge of human behavior and the social
environment, person-in-environment, and other multidisciplinary
theoretical frameworks in the evaluation of outcomes.
30. Critically analyze, monitor, and evaluate intervention and
program processes and outcomes.
31. Apply evaluation findings to improve practice effectiveness at
the micro, mezzo, and macro levels.

COMPETENCY 9
I can evaluate outcomes by assessing clients in weekly meetings
and if the client is progressing in their given situation. If not, I know
that the focus of the meetings should be changed. If there is
progress, note what is done to aid in this; the same for if there is
not progress made. Apply what I have learned in social work
classes, especially human behavior 1 & 2, and apply these theories
in group meetings with the clients.
