Feed the monsters by writing in las frutas for each color category.

Me gusta comer frutas verdes.

Me gusta comer frutas moradas.

Me gusta comer frutas rojas.

Now make your own category.

1. Choose your own color or colors of fruit(s) and write
the sentence in Spanish on the line inside the box.
(follow the sentence pattern on page 1) 2. Color your
monster any color you wish. 3. Switch papers with a
partner. 4. Write in the fruits in the box for the color
they have chosen.

Teacher notes:
For page 1 students should be able to write the fruit words in the boxes;
if not have them draw the fruits instead.
For page 2 students should be able to write a sentence such as: Me gusta
comer frutas amarillas. OR they should be able to write Me gusta comer
frutas amarillas y anaranjadas with some teacher assistance. The partner
should be able to write in the appropriate fruits: naranja, banana, etc. If
they cannot write the words, have them draw the fruits instead!
