As a mental health Activist I actively engage my mind as the multi-faceted cut diamond that

it is. Just recently back from a bike ride I was checking my emails to stumble on
@DevelopDiscover on Twitter is now following your tweets on Twitter.

Curious as I am I always like to know who is following me and if they are, why are they? And
what is it about them that my values may resonate or my personality may align?

Reading the condensed version of

the Twitterer I read the following
statement as the defining attribute to
the Bio:

What blocks the

developmental process?
And what re-engages it?
I think this is an interesting collective
consumption of questionable words
curiously stimulating my mind into reflective form observing itself contributing further to the
development of my natures’ kind. Here we go … this is what I think “blocks the development
process and what re-engages it”

Lack of skills to Develop Resilience

How many times does a slap in the face take before the face gets to learn not to slap
back but to have the experience understand non-resistance and learn from the
experience and brag about it?

Engagement of Resilience Skills Motivates Development

Sometimes it’s more of what came before what that assumed how that which happened.

Like the crack in the road that wasn’t meant to be however, somehow existed and by pure
resilience the growth of determination blooms resemblance by motivation.

Process defines the outcome – change we already know. Evidence base must drive practice.

The new D&M! or is it R&M?
