Chocolate

Sage Fisher

First attempt
In our first try we used a coffee
grinder to grind the
Cacao nibs together.
We used a heated up mortar and
pestle to grind it
We also tempered the Chocolate.

Second attempt
In the second attempt we tried
to use a food processor to grind
up the cacao nibs.
We used the mortar and
pestle and tempered the chocolate.
We also added flavoring.

Third attempt
We used powdered cacao
this time along with powdered sugar.
Forgot to add powdered milk.
And tried not tempering.
We ended up coming back
and fixing this batch.

Making Truffles
Truffles take melted chocolate,
whipping cream, and flavoring.
From there it's mixing and then
getting the right temperatures.
You roll them and dip them and
decorate them
