OFFICER CASE REPORT

On 21-10-15, at approximately 8:30AM, I was dispatched to a residential burglary alarm at 125

Bird St. in the City of Virginia Beach, Va. When I arrived at the house, I saw that the front door
had been forced open and there was a black pry bar lying on the ground. I and my partner then
cleared the house to find that the dresser drawers and closet door were left open in the master
bedroom. The house has been robbed and the burglar was not found. I then had the police

characteristics described by the witnesses said that he looked like he was in his early 20s, tall
(60), thin, has a mustache, has a scar on his forehead, Buzz haircut, and was wearing all
black. Two or three minutes later, the burglar, came out of the house. A beat-up grey 1980s
