    Just follow the steps.

    1.Open Run as administrator


    2.Type dxcpl
    3.Browse for your Fallout 4.exe
    4.Set device settings:
    -Feature level limit: 10_0
    -Label "Force WARP"
    5.If you still have crash on startup do this:
    -Run game on windowed mode
    -Run as administrator
    -Remove Game cache(My Documents/My Games/Fallout 4)
    -IF THIS DIDN'T HELP YOU BUY NEW GRAPICH CARD
    -IF THIS FIX YOUR GAME YOU WILL GET ABOUT 10 FPS
    -This is some kind of fix not work for everyone
