Reflection: God did not send his only son into the world to condemn humanity. Many peoples belief was that the Messiah would come into

the world as a strong warrior that would kill all his disbelievers and rule the world. Instead they got a quite preacher who was the son of a

carpenter that would only fight you with the truth in his knowledge of the scripture. As they soon realized this man was truly special as he

could defend himself against the Pharisees with just reciting a verse from scripture or pointing out one of their hypocrisies. Jesus came to

earth to preach the word of God and assure the believers everlasting life.

Prayer:

Dear Lord Jesus,

Please help me every day to remember what you came to earth to do. That is to preach the Gospel, make everyone believers, and save the

world from sin. Help me to always have trust in you and know that when I have trust everything will work out just right. Help me to forgive

as easily as you did, and also to love as deeply as you did. Thank you for sacrificing your own life for the sake of our own sins. I shall be

eternally thankful even if I do not show it at times.
