Am I allegeable to enter Canada?

Case 1

Nanima Potez
Congratulation! You just finished your undergraduate degree in
your home country Brazil, and found that you were accepted for a
Masters degree in neurology at UBC. Youve only been to Canada
once before to visit your uncle (18+), but you are already looking
forward this new adventure and perhaps even settling here. But
not so fast! You only have 4 months to receive your visa until your
acceptance to UBC is revoked. You now just started the daunting
task of applying for a student visa. What documentation do you
need to present and will you be able to get in before the start of
the year in 4 months.

Your Master degree will take 2 years to complete.
Assume that each document will take 2-3weeks to arrive at each
point, i.e., you need a letter from your undergrad university which
will take 2 weeks to receive, but then you will need to submit it to
the Canadian immigration office which will take an additional 3
weeks.
