Certain commonly observed facets of creativity help us to
research and assess it better. These are spelt out below:

The components of creativity: They are as follows:

* expertise (technical, procedural and intellectual)


* creative thinking skills (determine how flexibly and

hand) leads to solutions far more creative than do
external rewards, such as money. This component,
which is called as "intrinsic motivation,
