Things To Know:
1. Minimum 4 to maximum 10 members are to register.
2. The winning design will be implemented in the real project site.
3. The site information will be uploaded in the official RDFN website and RDFN facebook
page.
4. The TOR will be uploaded in the page as well.
5. Photocopy of ID card of each students are to be attached and submitted with the registration
form.
6. The receipt is to be attached with the drawing submission.
7. The submission is to be made in Himalaya College of Engineering before the deadline.
8. The decision made by the jury will be the final decision.
9. The winners will be announced and awarded at the end of the exhibition.
10. Only selected designs will be exhibited during the exhibition.
11. Among the selected designs, every participant must be present for the final decision and
present their respective designs during the exhibition.
12. The presentation detail will be informed to the selected groups.
13. The rights to the designs will be owned by the organizing committee RDFN.
14. Any changes in the program or date will be informed to the participants.
