General Instructions:

1. The applicant MUST respond to the statement of responsibilities and


questionnaires available on the link (sent via smail) concerning to the department
for which he/ she is applying for.

2. A student can apply for more than one positions if he/she feels to possess
the relevant credentials for those positions.

3. A scanned copy of the latest grade card also needs to be attached along
with the completed application. Work flow screen shots are also
acceptable.

4. The applications have to be mailed in PDF format with the subject as "Shaastra
2017_Events
2017_Events Coordinator<
Coordinator<SubDepartment
SubDepartment Name>_<your Name>_<your roll no>".

5. The completed application must be mailed to the following email ids before

6. All applicants are requested to fill up form given in the mail. This will help us keep a
track of number of applicants and for further reference in case application is not
