Observations:
Referral for pelvic pain
Retroverted uterus normal in size on UTL 4.67cm/ UTH 4.18 total measure is on the
5.58cm. Ultrasound appearances are with a retroverted uterus. Endometrial thickness is
1.28 cm is an endometrium on secretory phase with normal endometrial views. The
measure or cervix is 2.56 cm and the UT W 5.62 cm a total UT Vol is 57.37. Ultrasound
appearances of the study are normal for luteal phase of cycle. No pelvic mass or fluid
demonstrated.
