Observations:
The uterus is retroverted measuring 8.46 cm in longitudinal dimension x 3.55 cm ap x 5.02 cm trans. The
endometrial is 7.22 mm in thickness. The cervix length is 3.30 cm. Small anecoic structure in the cervix
area were seen. No uterine masses.
The right ovary measures 4.06 cm x 1.65 cm x 1.68 cm with a dominant follicule measuring 3.08 mm x 6.8
mm. the left ovary measures 3.89 cm x 1.38 cm x 2.08 cm. with a dominant follicule measuring 0.74 cm x
0.57 cm.
