Task Analysis for Brushing Teeth

1. Get your toothbrush.

2. Take out toothpaste.
3. Open the toothpaste.
4.

Turn on cold water.

5. Wet bristles of toothbrush.

6. Put toothpaste on toothbrush.
7. Put toothpaste container on countertop.
8. Turn off water.
9. Bring toothbrush with paste up to mouth.
10. Begin brushing teeth.
Left back: top outside then inside
Left back: bottom outside then inside
Front: top outside then inside
Front: bottom outside then inside
Right back: top outside then inside
Right back: bottom outside then inside
11. Turn on cold water.
12. Rinse toothbrush under water stream.
13. Shake water out of brush. (Tap 1, 2, 3)
14. Put toothbrush away.
15. Turn off water.
16. Close toothpaste.
17. Dry your hands and mouth.
