APPLICATION
In the production of Cellular Plastics e.g. plasticized & UN plasticized PVC, High Impact polystyrene,
High/Low density Polyethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers, natural and synthetic rubber,
Silicone rubber, Polypropylene, ABS and Nylon etc.
To make artificial PVC leather cloth for wall papers, floor & wall coverings
In the molded cabinets for TVs, Radios, Computers, Automobiles Parts etc.

 In the extrusions of profiles, sheets, pipes & wire coatings.

For making cellular ceramics.
For making Seals for crown corks and door sealing strips.

DOSAGE
5 - 8 PHR depending on the polymers used & extent to expansion required.

PACKING
AD-20 is packed in 25 Kgs. HDPE woven bags/UN approved corrugated paper cartoons with a polythene
liner inside.

STORAGE
Its Storage Stability is good enough provided it is stored.
In a cool and dry place.
Away from localized sources of heat, direct sunlight steam pipes open flame and similar source of heat.
Away from strong alkalis & acids with which it reacts.

FLAMMABILITY
AD-20 is non flammable and support combustion. Decomposition of AD-20 heating causes evolution of
fumes resembling smoke. In case of Fire, use plenty of water, dry powder and concentrated Foams.

TOXICITY
AD-20 is of low residues are also of low toxicity.

HANDLING
AD-20 is substantially free from handling problems, care should be taken to prevent its contact with skin &
eyes. Avoid creating dusty conditions because of possibility of respiratory.
