Abilities: Elaborating on the chart above, it describes the progress
currently being made in my leadership skills. Presented are the following
personal KPIs I have and will continue to develop throughout my Masters

Degree. Currently I feel the progress and performance is on target, I am


following the degree plan offered and in real time completing each class with
satisfactory points allowing for further progress into the program. I have had
numerous opportunities to expand these skills with being an active student
member of the ACHE and having had the opportunity to shadow a healthcare
leader in the field of palliative care. I foresee progress being made and my
skills advancing throughout my degree plan.
