Plant Size and Production Schedule

In order to cut down on expenses, the proponents have decided to just merge the production site and
operation site. It would be convenient for the proponents as there would be no need to find an
affordable and appropriate place and that the proponents would not have to apply for electricity and
water line anymore, which could save time, effort and money of the proponents. The production
sites measurement is 6.67 square meters. Every space in the area would be properly utilized for
production and operation.
The operating days of the production site would be Mondays to Sundays, ten (10) hours a
day. The business would be managed by the proponents and would be hiring three employees. In
each day the employees would be producing 100 crepe, 3,600 pieces annually. The business would
operate 300 working days within a year including holidays with the including of regular and special
holidays with the exemptions of emergency situations such as extreme unpleasant weather conditions
or any other situations that can detriment the safety of the proponents. Should there be operations
during holidays; workers would be paid accordingly as what is stated in the Labor Code.
