Marathon/eqvt suitable for 3/50/400-440 V AC

1-1/4” MS class C pipes complete with required headers and

PRICES Ex-works. Packing, forwarding, freight and transit insurance shall

be charged extra.

SALES TAX Shall be charged extra as applicable

SERVICE TAX Shall be charged extra as applicable

ENTRY TAX Shall be borne by you, if applicable

EXCISE DUTY Has been included on equipments as applicable.

DELIVERY 12 weeks from the date of receipt of order with advance

PAYMENT 40 % advance with order and 55 % against proforma invoice and

5 % after commissioning but within a week.
VALIDITY Our offer is valid for a period of 45 days.

GUARANTEE Our equipment are guaranteed against defective material /

workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of supply.

NOTE In case of implementation of GST Act by Government of India

during the execution of the project / supply of goods / services,
then such applicable GST rate of tax will be collected from you.

LABOUR Our scope of work shall be as under

a) Erection of refrigeration equipment

b) Pressure testing the system
c) Connecting of electrical cables to various equipment and to switchboard
d) Operation of the plant for a week from the date of commissioning

Please note that you will have to arrange for the following :-

Free accommodation for our erector

Lockable storage space for machinery, equipment & tools
20 HP 3 Phase power connection for welding purposes at site
Lighting and water during erection
Unloading of equipment and transporting the same to the place of erection
Return of surplus materials after completion of job

EXCLUSIONS

1. All civil masonry works incidental to the plant including foundations for machinery
2. Main power supply together with main double earthing and main switch terminating
on suitable main switch fuse unit to be located on our switchboard in the plant room
3. Power and make up water drain connections
4. Water piping except those included in our offer
5. Any rack, lighting inside the storage
6. Any other item not specifically included in our offer to be arranged by you
