Technology Overview
Our wastewater evaporators are designed to use high volume air input that
allows the water to be vaporised into the atmosphere at a high velocity while
continually replenishing the evaporation field with low humidity ambient air.
This Water Evaporation System uses large orifice spiral vaporising technology
for low maintenance and non-fouling operation.

With a high air to water ratio, Cloud Tech’s wastewater evaporators create the
perfect conditions for optimal “Flash Evaporation” and are effective even in
high humid conditions.

Cloud Tech’ Fog cannon is inexpensive to operate, lightweight and compact,

movable with off road wheels, the system can be set up in a few hours, quickly
providing a safer, more comfortable environment while reducing labour costs.

The Cloud Tech Fog Cannon can be a big money saver. Very high evaporation
rate. Operating cost, depending on the size of the system.

Features:

- Strong chasis with off road wheels, more ground clearance, distributed
balance for movement at rough terrains/Heavy duty Fix platform.
- Facilitate to tow with tractors or any vehicle.
- Cannon can be rotated upto 360 deg easily by single person
manually/automatically for effective water evaporation.
- Cannon mounted on heavy duty bearing base for easy rotation with
elevating rod.
- Very high evaporation rate i.e 70% in summers @ 10 bars pump
pressure. High water pressure helps to reduce the water particle size
upto 30- 50 microns which helps in effective evaporation.
- Panel equipped with all electrical protection for motors.

1. CTFC-150 Skid mounted Fog Cannon Waste Water Evaporation System

- Skid with heavy duty bearing for Manual 3600 rotation levelling jack, water filter support,
and forklift movable.
- Blower CTFC-150 complete with electric motor-vent, with high efficiency vent and air flow
straightens, electric protection, PAG impeller, spiral nozzles.
- SS316 spiral type nozzle, clog free. 1/4" size removable and cleanable type- 150 nos
- Manual system for rotation (0°-360°) and raising (0°/+45°)
- Electric control panel with on/off command of the blower, emergency stop, VFD control
over fan motor, star delta starter for pump, overload protection, phase protection, dry run
safety, analogue volt & amps meters.
- Electric high pressure Booster water pump (MOC: SS316), electric cables, PG, supports,
electric control and supplementary protections
- 2” High pressure water feed hose- 15 ft for each evaporator.

- Duplex Strainer with 150 micron mesh for pump inlet.

- Factory testing of each unit supplied.

- Area required for System setup- 3 mts X 3 mts

MOC: All wetted part will be SS316, Pump: SS316

Maintenance: System is maintenance less, rare nozzles cleaning & Strainer cleaning is

required.

Commissioning spares: Nil

Warranty: 1 year warranty for complete system against any manufacturing defect.

Weight: Approx 4000 kg for one evaporator

Note: Cloud Tech Evaporators can be run continuously for 24 hrs to

achieve maximum evaporation.
