Miguel has completed 3 1/2 years at Merced High School maintaining a 3.98 grade point average. This was accomplished while taking rigorous academic courses, participating in Band, and Sacred Heart Youth Group. AAs his Pre-Calculus teacher, it had been my observation that Miguel always conducts himself in a professional manner, performing his duties with the utmost efficiency and ability. Miguel demonstrates a great deal of natural ability. He is innovative and dynamic in a group setting, infusing motivation and leadership in each of his. goals. He is well organized and has demonstrated a mastery of math skills. He is popular with fellow students because he provides positive encouragement, listens to his fellow students, and helps them in many capacities. He gives his time unselfishly, for the good of his peers. This is demonstrated by his willingness to be a Music/Drum instructor, Youth Group Volunteer, and participating in Hispanic Youth Leadership Council.
