Gender Pay Gap - Stats

According to Hartmanns Fortune online, Americas gender pay
gap is at a record low. Since 2001, womens wages have been
sluggish for more than a decade according to Hartmann. In 2014,
women earned 78.6% to what men did in 2014. What I found
interesting is that according to Womens Policy Research, women
will not see equal pay until 2059.
Additionally according to Womens Policy Research website, the
website mentions that in 2014 female full-time workers made 79
cents every dollar earned by men. This is a wage gap of 21
percent.
Although, there are several articles that have mentioned these
stats, I personally have to say that it depends on the job and the
number of years experience.
