Steps for Walk-In Payments of College Ebooks and Printed Textbooks

(Students for UC-Main, UC-Banilad and UC-METC will purchase e-books/printed books at UC-
Main Campus only. UCLM students will purchase at UCLM Textbook Store).

Step 1:Fill out the E-book/Print Book Order Slip Form and Payment Slip Form from the Cashier
Section. (All information must be filled out).

Step 2:Proceed to Cashier’s Teller Window for Payment.

Step 3:Proceed to Textbook Section for Validation of Payment. (Please bring the filled out E-
book Order Slip Form, Official Receipt, Student’s ID and Study Load).

Step 4: Wait for 1-3 working days for the access code to be emailed by the Publisher. For Vibal
Group, Inc., processing of Access Codes would take 1-2 weeks. Instructions on how to access
the E-books will also be included in the email.

Note: C & E printed books will be purchased at the C & E Bookshop located at Tango, M.
Gotianuy St., Cebu City – in front of Redemptorist Church Cebu. Printed books of other
publishers will be purchased at the UC-Main and UCLM Textbook Section.

 Steps for Direct Purchase to Publishers of College Ebooks/Textbooks

Step 1:Check announcements on required e-books/printed books and corresponding prices in

your LMS or inquire from subject teachers.

Step 2: Contact the corresponding publisher for the instructions on how to order, pay and access
the E-books and claim the printed books. Refer to the information below:
