My Oracle Support - Version 3.1.0.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

GOAL

The User is responsible for maintaining Tracker Products and need to access the SRs via MOS site. This article explains the steps to do to
request the association of a MOS account to a CSI. It also explains why some user might see the following error when they log into MOS site
and access Service Requests tab.

Warning:
Access to all other features in My Oracle Support is not available. This account requires one valid Support Identifier. Please contact your
Customer User Administrator for details.

SOLUTION

If the MOS account is not associated with any CSI, then this alert message should pop up saying that your account is not associated with
any CSI. To correct this, you need to request your MOS Administrator to associate your account with Tracker CSI. For a Company, the first
account that gets associated with a CSI becomes the Admin for that CSI automatically. Later this User can approve/deny request of others
and make other user the Admin or Regular users. So once you put your request, existing Admin User needs to approve the request. For
details on this, please access the below Knowledge article:

If you need help on how to put request to associate your account to a CSI, please see the below information - it is a video link showing the
steps. This article also has information on how to create the MOS account - if you already have it, just follow the later part with CSI approval
request portion. You need to know the CSI number for your request from Oracle Support of your Product.

Once it is approved, you should be able to access the SR via MOS site. From then on we can correspond through MOS.

Below is the highlight of steps that you need to do for requesting the association of the CSI to your MOS account:

1. Access MOS site (support.oracle.com)

2. Log in using your account (possibly your company email you used to create the credential)
3. Then click on 'More...' drop down button and select 'Settings'
4. Under Settings tab, on left hand side, click on 'My Account' link
5. Then click on 'Request Access' button
6. A pop up box will open, enter 'nnnnnnnn' as the CSI (Oracle Sales team should provide you the CSI for your company for your specific
product)
7. Click on the Request Access button

Now your administrator in your Company should access the 'Settings' tab (follow till step#3 as above) and check the following link:
- Pending User Request (on left hand side menu)

- Approve/Deny the pending requests

Note: SRs for the specific CSI Product will not be accessible until the MOS account is approved for it. One User can be approved for multiple
CSIs.

You must know the CSI first to associate it. In case you do not know the CSI, but know the 'System Serial Number' and 'Organization', you can search for the CSI in step#7
above under 'Find a Support Identifier' tab. However in most cases, this is already provided after your Support Contract is activated or renewed by Oracle Sales team.
