GOAL

How to create Outside Processing (OSP) requisition manually. Is there any way of creating the requisition so that it can be
delivered to the shop floor and can be referred to a Work Order & Operation?

SOLUTION

As of now we do not support creating OSP requisition manually and referencing work order and operation on that. OSP
purchase requisitions are always automatically created by the system. There is a "Create Purchase Requisition" button on
supplier operation that is enabled only when the quantity on the associated purchase order is reduced requiring the user to
request creation of a purchase requisition for the deficit quantity.

We have Enhancement Request (ER) # ENH 29128838 - NEED THE ABILITY TO GENERATE OSP RELATED REQUISITIONS
MANUALLY to track your requirement.

This ER will be reviewed and considered by Oracle Development for a future release. It will remain Open, until it is either
incorporated into the product, or it is deemed not feasible. Due to the fact that this review and decision can occur over an
extended period of time, this originating SR will be inactivated, and the ER will need to be monitored via My Oracle Support.

Progress on your ER can be monitored via My Oracle Support at (https://support.oracle.com) by following these steps:
1. In the upper right corner of My Oracle Support is a search bar.
2. Enter the Bug/ER Number in that field and click Find (i.e. the magnifying glass).
3. On the Bug/ER that is returned, click on the Star icon to the left to add as a Favorite
4. In the Favorites menu ("Star" icon in the upper right corner, left of the search bar), this Bug/ER is now listed in the user's
Favorites.
5. You can periodically monitor this particular ER & its progress.

**Note: In our continual effort to better meet your needs, Oracle has introduced the following avenue for socializing and
increasing interest for your enhancement requests. This is Cloud Customer Connect
(https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com) portal, where ERs can be added in our “Ideas” dashboard. Therefore, I would
encourage you to please submit this enhancement request (idea) in our portal in addition to our already submitted ER. If other
customers would also like to have this feature, they can vote for your idea which would increase its priority. This will result in
making it more likely that our product strategy team will consider adding it to a future release.

1. Create an Oracle Account if you do not already have one, by going to www.oracle.com and clicking on the Sign In/Register
link in the header. Enter your corporate email address as your username. You will use your Oracle Account to log into
Customer Connect going forward.
2. Go to https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com to access Cloud Customer Connect and sign in with your Oracle Account.

3. Click on the "Ideas" drop-down in the header and select the appropriate category.
4. Click on the “Submit your Idea” button to enter your idea.
