Manav Ekta Divas Celebration

Seattle Sangat celebrated the Manav Ekta Divas (Human Unity Day) on April 25, 2010 at one of the local
saint's residence. “Manav Ekta Divas” marks the sacrifice of Baba Gurbachan Singh Ji and other martyrs
who dedicated their lives for Humanity. Rev. Jaspreet Ji from Tracy, California joined us on this pious
occasion.

Devotees shared inspiring instances from the life of Baba Gurbachan Singh ji in the form of speeches and
poems and sang his praises in form of devotional songs. Rev Dhanshree Ji, one of the local saint
expressed her gratitude by saying that time is the essence and we need to follow the path of self-
realization. She further stressed that we should adopt the path of humanity, peace, compassion and
selfless seva as Baba Gurubachan Singh Ji followed in his own life and be known to the world as proud
children of this father "Baba Gurbachan".

Rev. Jaspreet Ji seeked blessings from His Holiness for Seattle Sangat for their continued dedication
towards following the teachings of true master.

The satsang concluded with final discourse by Baba Ji. He gave the message of unity and humanity by
highlighting the activities done by Baba Gurbachan during his life span.

Seattle sangat also participated in the noble cause of blood donation by donating several units to Pudget
Sound Blood Center on May 1,2010. Seeing the enthusiasm and devotion to selfless service, the center
took keen interest in knowing about our organization and its principles.
