The female was banging on a drum and chanting words. After speaking with the property manager, it was leamed the female did not have permission to be at the location. Female walked past a private property sign and onto the location. The female was cited for trespassing and transported to the bus station. DETAILS: 1. On 02/03/2014 at 1445 hours, I was driving in my fully marked squad car northbound on Audubon Rd. in the city of Chanhassen, As I was driving I noticed a female, who was identified as Anita NMN Rac qa ‘walking southbound on the northbound shoulder of the road. 1 found this to be suspicious as ere was a plowed sidewalk on the other side of the road. I slowed down my patrol car as I approached the intersection of Highway 5 and continued to monitor the female. 2. As [reached the intersection, I noticed the female make a left turn in to the parking lot of 7801 Audubon Rd. (Paisley Park). As Rae entered the parking lot, I noticed the gate to the location was open. | also noticed a clearly posted private property sign on the fence. 3. I completed my tum onto eastbound highway and continued to monitor the female. At the time, I did not know if the Rae was possibly an employee or someone who did not belong at the location. I made a loop around the block in my patrol car and returned to the entrance of Paisley Park. When I got to the entrance, I noticed Rae walking on the north end of the empty parking lot. Rae was banging on a small drum with a drumstick. Rae was chanting while she was walking and playing the drum. 4. Lentered the parking lot, exited the patrol car, and identified myself to Rae. Rae ignored me, looking in the ‘opposite direction and continued to play the drum and walk away from me. I ordered Rae to stop so I could speak to her. Rae continued to play the drum and began to walk faster away from me. It was at this time I called on the radio for another car due to the fact Rae was refusing to obey my commands and appeared to be attempting to elude me. 5. Lagain ordered Rac to stop and grabbed her left arm with my right hand. Rae attempted to pull away from me and raised her right arm which was holding the drumstick. At this time, Rae was standing facing away from me. I ordered Rae to put her hands behind her back. I placed handcuffs on Rae. I checked the handcuffs for proper spacing and double locked the handcuffs. Rae was escorted to my patrol car. 6. Upon reaching my patrol car, | activated my patrol cars video camera system using the microphone pack I was wearing, For my safety, I completed a pat search of Rae prior to placing her in the rear of my patrol car. It was at this time that Rae became verbally aggressive yelling profanities directed towards me. As I completed the pat search, Rae stated something to the effect that I was raping her. I do not recall the exact words she said. It should be noted at the time I had Chanhassen Community Service Officer Robert Alexander Flakne 0 riding with me in my patrol car. Flakne observed the whole incident while in my patrol car. Rae was placed in the rear of my patrol car. 7. While sitting in the front seat of my patrol car Rae stated she had permission to be here and she was a close friend of Prince Rogers Nelson a 8. I made phone contact ‘a is i Property Manager for Paisley Park and was currently at the locatio stated Rae did not have permission to be on the property and he did not want her there. 9. Lasked(QNNNMNB why the front gate was open. (UNIEEEEstated when he is on the site he leaves the gate open due to construction vehicles coming in and out. (JUNNNNIBstated when he is not on the property the gate is always closed and locked. 10, Rae was transported from the location to the Southwest Metro Transit Station on Market Rd. in Chanhassen. Rae was issued a citation for Misdemeanor Trespassing MSS. 609.605.1(b) (3). A court date of 03/24/2014 at 1330 hours was given on the citation. 11. Rae was dropped off at the Southwest Metro Transit Station and advised to not return to 7801 Audubon Rd. again. Rae was advised not to return as she was trespassed from Paisley Park.
