Incident Description: Trespass / Mental Health Date Incident Occurred: January 15, 2016 Date This Report Written: January 15, 2016 SYNOPSI: + Anadult female was placed on a transport hold after believing she was offered a job at Paisley Park. The adult female was cited for trespassing. The adult female was transported to the 212 Medical Center in Chaska. DETAILS: 1. On Friday January 15, 2016 at approximately 2029 hours, I was dispatched to Paisley Park located at 7801 Audubon Road in the city of Chanhassen, Carver County. Dispatch told me there was a female refusing to leave the property. Dispatch advised me the female party made comments about not leaving the property and if she died, it would be their fault. 2 Uponarbal. met he porns TT «i in aR told me the female had walked around to the main entrance on the north side of the building. = explained while leaving the facility a female ran through the automatic gate while it was closing. 3. QEMEMB explained leaving the gate, there is a pressure sensor on the ground. The vehicle exited and the female ran through before it closed. (I followed the female instructing her to leave the premise, but the female refused to do so. {M9 told me on Twitter, Kimberly made a comment about not leaving and I am going to die, itis going to be your fault. (MMM told me the twitter ID is VenusBling. 4. [located the female, identified as Kimberly Felecia Potts —. on the north side of main building. Potts told me Prince had given her the chance to get a job helping him sell CDs. Potts told me earlier in the day around 4 pm, Prince made an announcement of the people who were selected for the positions that were opened. 5. Potts explained she was one of many people hired for a job and they were instructed to meet at Paisley Park. Potts told me she entered the property and she was going to wait at the door until Prince came to get her. Potts had two small bags and a black tambourine with the Prince logo on it. While walking, I asked Potts if she planned to stay out in the cold all night. Potts said, “Well, you do what you have to do for this job.” I asked Potts about a statement on Twitter about dying and she denied any sort of statement. I asked Potts if she would risk dying, out in the cold for the job Prince gave her and she responded, “You bet I would.” 7. While in the back of the ambulance, I asked Potts if she had been told to leave. Potts told me she had been told to leave a couple of times, but chose not to because she needed the job. I asked Potts if she had been drinking or using any narcoties/drugs throughout the day and she told me, “No.” While Potts spoke to me about the job offer, Potts appeared to be daydreaming and mentally appeared to be in a different state of mind. I asked Potts if she knew where she was and she was able to tell me she was at Paisley Park. 8. I spoke with (JB and there was no. job announcement today. {MIM told me Potts was not offered any jobs with the organization. {told me they wish to have Potts cited for trespassing and to have her advised she is not welcome at Paisley Park or any other functions related to Prince. 1 also provided {a with the case number and information on harassment/restraining order. 9. Based on the information provided to me and the statements made by Potts, I placed her on a transport hold with Ridgeview Medical Center and she was transported to the 212 Medical Center in Chaska. 11.
