virtue of these presents, do hereby SELL, CONVEY and TRANSFER unto
said VENDEE his heirs, assigns and successors-in-interest, the abovedescribed motor vehicle;
That the VENDOR further declares that the said motor vehicle is
free from all liens and/or encumbrances and shall defend its ownership
from any/all claim/s whatsoever.
