Jims New Calf

Jim lives on a small farm in Effingham County. For all of his life, his
farm has only had white Shorthorn cattle. Just recently, his
grandpa brought over a red Shorthorn bull to the farm because
Jims grandma wanted a calf. He received this red bull from a farm
that only has red Shorthorn cattle. Jim and his grandma are really
excited about this new addition to the farm and they are
wondering what color the new calf will be. What do you think the
result of a white shorthorn cow and a red shorthorn bull would
look like? How would you describe the new calf to Jim and his
grandma?
