Title: Exploratory Essay Daybook

Im still unsure about my topic at the moment, maybe its because Im not thinking far
enough. I have a pretty broad outlook on what I want to discuss but Im confused on how I want
to start it. I know I want it to have something to do with African Americans, but I just dont know
exactly what that something is. Right now, my question is where did race stem from and is it
really a necessity? I just dont know how to form it to where it focuses on the black community.
Im excited about this project because I get to research and discuss a topic I feel strongly about
(whenever that topic comes to mind). I think the hardest part would be the research maybe, idk.
For starters, I need to come up with a good question. Once I get that part out of the way Ill start
forming paragraphs with the greatest invention ever; notecards. Hopefully I can get enough
information about race and everything in between, the last thing I want is to end up stumped
without material. Man, 7 pages! I can barely write a three paged paper without getting bored or
distracted. Im anxious to see how this plays out due to the fact that I have absolutely nothing
right now. I wont stress, itll get done one way or another, I have faith in myself.
