Reflection
Consider the activities of yourself and your team during the conceptual
design phase of your project. Think about how well you and your team
members have understood the design techniques described in the textbook,
and applied them in this phase. Write a reflection on this part of the process.
Include the following headings in your reflection:
My first solutions
Describe how you generated your original ideas about potential solutions to
the problem and what these were before the group met to begin conceptual
design. Include any follow-up activities from Phase 1.
Team activities
Outline the ideas that were developed as a result of the team process. How
effectively did the team gather ideas without judging them, and use the
creativity simulation techniques to find additional ideas or develop the initial
ideas from team members?
