Reflection
With this project, I
created a unitive
observation
checklist for
administrators to
use for classroom
observations.
With the guidance
of the principal, I
created a rubric
checklist using the
Danielson model
required by the
Archdiocesan
Catholic School
Office. This
checklist included
the usual
observation points
with additional
requirements such
as the inclusion of
technology
integration and
differentiated
instruction to meet
the needs of all
learners as well as
the teaching of
social justice.

first, I was not

But as the
semester
progressed and I
began to see the
benefits of the
evaluations on the
teachers, I grew
much more
comfortable in
performing teacher
evaluations.
