Resiliency Assessment Response

After taking the resiliency assessment test the first time, I scored
a 68. When I looked at the score sheet I decided to take the bonus
questions to see if it would improve my score at all. After answering
the bonus questions my score did raise four points to a 72, still within
the middle range. The middle range suggests that I would have a lot
to learn from the resiliency workbook and that I have room for gain in
my resiliency.

I think resiliency is an important thing to have.

Personally, I have come back from a couple of setbacks, most within

the past year or two of my life.

Without my resiliency, or ability to

recover from those events, I would not be able to live life happily or
complete my schoolwork successfully here at UNC Charlotte. I fell that
my resiliency has grown since these events and can continue to grow.
