Research Proposal
Considering my topic is a combination of mission work and nurses, my inquiry question
will help me find where to begin on my paper. My question is How do missionary nurses impact
the world around them?.
My purpose for this project is to learn more about missions and nursing combined. Im
interested in both areas of work and I would love to know more about how they intertwine. I
have a few questions pertaining to this topic that I need to dig deeper into. Also, I am wondering
if this is a field I want to be a part of one day.
Before beginning my research on this topic, I feel as if I know quite a bit about missions
and am currently learning about nursing. Even though I know information about both topics, Im
not entirely sure what they look like when combined. I know with missions, you share the love
of Jesus and tell the Gospel to everyone you can. With nursing, you try to help as many people to
the best of your abilities. What I think about this topic is that you share the love of Jesus to your
patients through the love and positive energy you radiate. I am excited to begin digging deeper
and getting a working knowledge of this topic as a whole.
