My Philosophy Results
Progressivism 23- Progressivism is an educational
philosophy that stresses active learning through
problem solving, projects, and hands-on experiences
(Koch pg.42). Teachers will base their curriculum around
the needs and interest of the student (Koch pg.44-45).
Existentialism 23- In Existentialism students choose
their own course of study as part of their effort to figure
out their place in the world and the meaning of their
lives (Koch pg.45). Teachers will support students in
exploring their own interest (Koch pg.45).
