Acceptable Use Policy


Use of company resources is acceptable as long as it has a clear purpose to benefit
either yourself, someone in the business, or as necessary cause that can be justified.
We here at RiRoC understand the usage of company resources for things other than
business, but these cases must be very few. Repeated cases of this happening
without a justified and fair reason can and will cause serious consequences.
Violations of this policy will be dealt with by a supervisor or a company owner and
be seen to that a consequence or resolution is addressed to the violation at hand.
All matters will be attended to with the utmost respect and intent of solving the
problem. Potential results may be; loss of access to company resources for
anything other than business, supervision at all times, or in the worst case removal
from the company.

Examples:
Selling company provided products for repeated profit
Using company machines to modify helmets for others without charge
Excess use of company materials to create personal helmets or modify your
own
Misuse of machines and products in a nonprofessional manner
Giving away free helmets to friends
Destruction of company products through own personal creativity
Improper use of machines that hinder productivity
Neglect of company matters while attending your own
Use of company resources for more personal gain that what is fair
Using team members allotted resources when they dont use them
